很遗憾在半导体制造方面 ，（华为）只是做了芯片的设计，没搞芯片的制造 ，华为今年秋天将会上市搭载麒麟 9000 芯片的 Mate40， 今年可能是我们最后一代华为麒麟高端芯片。

8 月 7 日，在中国信息化百人会 2020 年峰会上，华为消费者业务 CEO 余承东表示，由于美国制裁，华为麒麟高端芯片在 9 月 15 日之后无法制造，将成为绝唱。

8 月 7 日，华为消费者业务 CEO 余承东在中国信息化百人会 2020 年峰会上表示，今年秋天将发布新一代旗舰机 Mate 40，将搭载华为自己的麒麟芯片。

但是，余承东也坦言： 由于第二轮制裁，芯片在 9 月 15 号之后，生产就截止了，可能是麒麟高端芯片的最后一代，绝版。现在国内的半导体工艺上还没有赶上。

他进一步表示：（Mate40 搭载的麒麟芯片）可能是华为自产的最后一代，很遗憾。华为在芯片领域开拓了十几年，从严重落后、到有点落后、到赶上来、再到领先，有这巨大的研发投入，过程很艰难。但是在芯片制造这样的重资产领域，华为并没有参与，9 月 15 后旗舰芯片无法生产了，这是我们非常大的损失。

他呼吁，半导体产业应该全面发展，突破包括 EDA 的设计，材料、生产制造、工艺、设计能力、制造、封装封测等等。 天下没有做不成的事情，只有不够大的决心和不够大的投入。







余承东表示，去年美国制裁后，华为少发货了六千万台智能手机，但在今年上半年，华为消费者业务智能手机第二季度市场份额全球第一，在新一轮的制裁之下，华为的芯片一直处于缺货状态，他预测， 今年的发货量数据也会比 2.4 亿台更少。

台积电无法代工 华为怎么办？

每经小编注意到，今年 5 月 15 日，美国政府发布最新禁令，任何企业供货含有美国技术的半导体产品给华为，必须先取得美国政府的出口许可。该禁令公布后有 120 天的缓冲期，也就是将于 9 月 15 日生效。

今年 7 月 17 日，台积电透露，受美国政府对华为公司禁令的影响，台积电自 5 月 15 日起就未再接受过任何来自华为的订单，而且如果美国政府对华为的制裁不变，公司将在 9 月 14 日之后停止对华为的供货。

Recently, in a shocking report, the US processor giant, AMD has announced that the company has obtained a supply license to Huawei. The Senior Vice President of AMD, Forrest Norrod, at the Deutsche Bank Technology Conference, held on 19th September, announced the news, and he further added, as a postscript, that the Huawei ban did not have a significant impact on AMD’s business.

Forrest Norrod has emphasized time and again that it will be fully committed to complying with US laws, and has taken appropriate measures to ensure that AMD manages the list of entities and interactions with customers or potential customers. AMD’s announcement to resume business with Huawei would make the company the first one to ever publicly state that the US company had obtained a license after the “Huawei ban” announced by the Trump government on effective from September 15.

After the ban came into effect, companies such as Samsung, MediaTek, Sony, and other manufacturers confirmed that they would stop supplying to Huawei before the mandated date. Micron Technology and other companies that have previously obtained export licenses from the US government have also stopped supplying Huawei.

Other companies including but not limited to Intel, Micron Technology, South Korea’s Samsung, SK Hynix, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., MediaTek, and SMIC in mainland China have all disclosed that they have submitted license applications to the US Department of Commerce to continue to supply Huawei. AMD is one of the top tier processor suppliers that powers most of Huawei’s notebooks, especially AMD’s Ryzen series CPU.
