The seal bar of my patio sliding door （not the side with handle--see the part I marked with red line in the pictures) is loose/fell off. Our house was built by Monarch in Stonebridge area in 2008. The patio door was supplied by Mason Window.
I have contacted Skyview window and door services found from CFC but
Mr Yan cannot take out the sliding door.
I also contacted Jiffy app but they do not want to come to check just told us they cannot fix it.
Anybody knows which company can fix our patio sliding door or how to take the sliding door out?
