中国，呵呵，想必你不喜欢这答案，太便宜的村衫也穿不了几天啊，到大商殿去看有没有降价品吧。

You can find some good deals around the end of March, the early of August, and boxing day in most of shopping malls.

And if you don't mind second-hands, you can probably find some cheap and "not bad" stuff in second-hand stores. My Japanese schoolmates always get something nice there, but most Chinese people wouldn't accept used stuff.
