Tax Accountant / Tax Preparer

Full-time, Salary + Commission
Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and efficient Tax Accountant to join our team.
You will be responsible for communicating with clients through phone, email and face to face meeting, and prepare their personal, self-employed and corporation tax returns.
Responsibilities and duties
Take incoming calls/emails from clients to answer tax questions and set up appointments
Prepare personal, self-employed and corporation tax returns
Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions
Grow the business by promoting our services and expanding our client base
Attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the service and come back the following year
Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.
Qualifications and skills
Hard-working, willing to put extra time and effort to get jobs done
Can work under pressure
Reliable and Trustworthy
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Mathematics and logic skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Must be able to complete our free tax preparation course
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
