首先，他·只是一个“Former”的某某。他把最高法院会根据美国宪法行事当作“闹”。让最高法院根据宪法完全全过程就会有结果。不要急。

不一定是屁话，可以是假话，特别是面对媒体，影响大众的舆情是打赢官司的一部分。在法庭上，只要自己不创造假话，证人作伪证，不关律师的事。
