Citizenship application in Hull

As I know, it takes more than a year for citizenship application in Ottawa? Anyone knows how long does it need to take for citizenship application in Hull? And can I move to Hull a couple of months before I apply for the citizenship. Thanks.

CIC will transfer your file to the Ottawa office. It mean that it does not make any difference if you applied in Hull or in Ottawa.

我想这个哥们的意思是搬到那去住，也就算魁省的居民了吧。CIC为什么还要把档案转到OTTAWA？这个没搞懂。Organic兄弟给解释下。

CIC will transfer your file to the closest office to your home. That's why your file will not be processed in Montreal, even though you are living in Hull as a Quebec resident. Also, usually you can not direct CIC where to send your file, it mean that you do not have much choice but Ottawa office.

Organic兄弟有没有什么依据给大家看看，在HULL申请档案还是要转到OTTAWA，我是说在网上是不是能查到？
有没有已经在HULL申请了的兄弟，不是现在能查状态吗，能不能看看你们的档案是在OTTAWA还是在魁省的某个地方处理。
