Do you mean General Ledger? G/L could stand for a lot of things.

OpenGL is API library developed by SGI.

OpenGL is used for 3D pictures and animation. I am currently working on a project which requires real time 3D display. Because I am new to openGL and experiences some technical problems, I am wondering if I can talk to someone who has experience on OpenGL area.
