父母探亲签证3个月

父母申请6个月的探亲签证，但不知为何只给3个月的?有谁能帮分析一下原因。他们来后可申请延签证6个月吗?谢谢

Never mind. When they enter Canada at the board, they will be granted six months' stay as visitors by default.

The "three months" limit (as you mentioned) on their entry visa is probably the valid period of the visa itself, i.e. they will have to enter Canada within 3 months since the date the visa was issued.

Exactly, it's just the valid period for the visas.
