房租要降了

今天收到City of Ottawa的信信上写着：

“On Dec. 31, 2003, the rent for your rental unit must be reduced by: -2.5300%”

“This rent reduction notice is required under section 136 of the Tenant Protection Act because the municipal property taxes for the residential complex have decreased.”

但我大概一个月前刚收到Rental office的信说要涨房租:flaming:
是不是Rental Office会重新给个notice啊？

I received the letter from my landord already. The rent is down around $26 starting next Jan.
