[请求] 我该怎么办?

我住在一个apartment, rental office每天都在building里播放radio,从早9点到晚9点.这building每层楼一个喇叭,而我的房间门正对着那喇叭.
可怜我因为白天经常在家,经常要忍受radio的噪音.我也曾向rental office反映3次,但是他们只是说会减小音量(但几乎没有改善)
我的问题是:
1. rental office是否有权这样播放radio?(是否他们喜欢清扫楼道时听音乐我就要陪着?)
2. 除了搬家,我该怎么办?有什么机构可以去反映的?

好象没有办法,第一个,声音分贝没有超标,而且不能说他是噪音,再说白天放是业主的自由,为了大部分的人,只能牺牲你了!!受不了就换房子吧!

you can ask for suspending the lease, bucause there is noise pollution, or the norise really borther you, you can't stand with it.

请问may8806, suspending the lease是否指我可以发notice,告诉他们因为noise pollution,我不打算付房租;还是表示我打算终止lease,准备搬家?
