Matrox RT2500
http://www.matrox.com/videoweb/support/rt2500/turnkey/minasystems.htm
but these are based on hardware editing, the edit card is Matrox RT2500.
price is not cheap(around USD$780), suggest the one who has the professional
DV buy it, because he can not use his DV well without a editing system.
http://search.shopping.yahoo.com/search?P=all&p=Matrox+RT2500&did=57
They have lower system requirement for RT2000, but the RT2000 is more expensive.
Good Luck.
