I am using Primus, too and feel it is much better than Sympatico. No comment on AOL Broadband, but I have heard its dial-up is not that good.

The reason why i wanna drop Primus is the customer support system. They make me feel uncomfortable,and the technical support staff are not patient at all.
I have tried AOL before. The dial-up is indeed a pain in the neck, but they do have pretty good customer service, at least based on my personal experience.
AOL just offered a broadband service, and that's why i wanna try it~ but i don't know where to register!

here is one number: 1-888-265-6303, you can call them and ask. I remembered they didn't provide high speed internet in Ottawa one and half years ago. Don't know if they have now.
