Dr. Vera Etches, Medical Officer of Health, Councillor Keith Egli, Chair of Ottawa’s Board of Health and representatives from Ottawa Public Health will provide an update on COVID-19 in Ottawa at a virtual technical briefing on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
A separate media availability will take place 15 minutes after the technical briefing ends and Board of Health members and councillors have finished asking questions of staff.
Date: Thursday, August 19
Time: Technical briefing starts at 9 am. The media availability will start 15 minutes after the technical briefing concludes.
