(近OU,在使馆区)Big and bright room(about 18m2) with an independent bathroom in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment for rent, available from Dec 1, 2003. The apartment is beside a park and Rideau River (where has a beautiful view). This is very secured area with nice neighbors live in the apartment.Only few minutes walking distance to the University of Ottawa. The buses #16 and #316 pass by the building. The possible tenant must be clean and non-smoking single female or couple, no pets.

There is a big closet in the room, centre air-conditioning on summer and hard wood floor. Also, I would provide mattress, desk and tables on the room. We only share the kitchen.
