阿富汗的混乱仍在继续！周日，在机场入口处发生数千人的踩踏事件，至少7人死亡。周一在同一地点发生枪击交火，至少一名阿富汗士兵死亡。

目前在阿富汗仍然有至少1.5万名美国人，另外还有5万至6万名寻求撤离的阿富汗人，撤离工作相当混乱。

塔利班也在这个时候警告美国：8月31日之前必须撤离，否则面临严重后果。

机场入口处发生交火事件

枪击发生在在黎明时分的机场入口附近。据称当时美国士兵与德国军队一起与“身份不明的袭击者”发生枪战，事件导致阿富汗安全部队的一名成员死亡，另外三人受伤.

德国军方在推特上说，一名阿富汗军队成员被“身份不明的袭击者”打死，另外三人受伤。一家在阿富汗经营医院的意大利人道主义组织表示，它已经治疗了六名来自机场的枪伤患者。

目前阿富汗的情况是：美军控制了喀布尔机场，但塔利班控制了机场外围，机场入口处有上万名想逃离的阿富汗民众聚集，美军只能通过空军进出机场，而在机场外面的美国人则面临无法撤离的境地。

塔利班威胁，8月31日前不撤离后果自负

拜登在周日晚上表示，正在和塔利班达成撤军协议，但承认正在讨论延期的问题，因为还有大量的美国人无法撤出阿富汗。

但塔利班发言人苏海尔·沙欣（Suhail Shaheen）周一表示，不会接受延长期限，并警告说，如果西方势力在该组织急剧上台后延长他们的“占领”，将会遭到报复。

另外据CNN报道，拜登政府正改变撤离政策，从周一开始，只有美国公民和绿卡持有者，以及北约国家的公民才能撤离。而手持美国特殊移民签证 (SIV) 计划的申请人将不允许进入机场。

此前在极度混乱的情况下，美国签发了大量空白的SIV签证，由于该纸质签证连编号都没有，有数千人凭借假签证进入了机场。

军机不够用，征召18架民航客机

周日，五角大楼宣布，国防部长奥斯丁已经下令美军运输司令部启用民用后备航空机队（Civil Reserve Air Fleet，CRAF）计划，征召18架民用航空公司飞机，协助加速在阿富汗的人道撤离行动。

五角大楼表示，征召的客机不会飞往阿富汗的喀布尔机场，它们将被用于将乘客从“临时安全港”和“临时集结基地”转移，换句话说，就是让民航客机执行从卡塔尔或者阿联酋军事基地，搭载撤离人员飞往美国或者欧洲，从而让军用飞机专注于喀布尔的进出行动。

此次共征召18架商用客机，其中美国航空（American Airlines）、亚特拉斯航空（Atlas Air）、达美航空（Delta Air Lines）和全能国际航空（Omni Air International）分别提供3架客机，夏威夷航空（Hawaiian Airlines）提供2架客机，而美国联合航空（United Airlines）则提供4架客机。

At least three babies have been born during the evacuation from Afghanistan, Gen. Steve Lyons, the commander of US transportation command, told reporters during a press briefing Monday.

One of those babies was born as a C-17 landed at Ramstein Air Base from Doha, Qatar, but Lyons said there were two more, though he offered no details on where or when they were born.

"I really appreciate the news reporting on the baby being born, as that flight came in to Ramstein. As a matter of fact, there's actually been more than that. Just an incredible, incredible operation ongoing, you know, just impressive work by our great airmen," Lyons said.

Reporters, surprised there were more, immediately asked for how many.

"My last data point was three," Lyons said.

It was unclear if the other two babies were specifically born on flights or if they were born on one of the temporary bases where they are being housed, such as Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, Ramstein in Germany, or another base.
