有人知道哪里可以测抗体吗？

美国原来说第二针后8个月，现在似乎要提前到5个月间隔，补打第三针。如果可能，补打之前最好测抗体水平。

看到文学城上有些人抗体测试是只给出定性结果：某抗体阴性或者阳性。

也有抽静脉血，给出数字结果，一个人3月底打第一针辉瑞，7月抗体只有90U/ml, 7月底打第二针辉瑞，大约一个月后测得抗体为2500U/ml,这个大概是最高值。

安省普通民众是6月底 - 7月打了第二针，估计现在多数可以保持较高的抗体水平。第二针之后 5 - 8 个月再考虑是否打第三针，现在测抗体还为时过早。加拿大哪里可以测抗体吗？

测试的全名是 SARS-CoV-2 Semi-Quantitative Total Antibody (Order Code: 164090）。

没有家庭医生开单，也可以在Labcorp 网上自己下单去测，两三天后出结果。

Can be used for natural exposure and/or post-vaccine.

The test should be done 14 days or more after onset of natural infection. It will not tell you if you have COVID-19 right now, and a negative result does not entirely rule out previous exposure. Generally, a minimum of 28 days after the first vaccine dose is recommended before having an antibody test performed.

It is yet undetermined what level of antibody to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein correlates to immunity against developing symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 disease.

This test cannot differentiate antibodies generated through natural exposure or post-vaccination.

看来两针间隔拉长，3-4个月还是有一定道理的，当然要赶在Delta来袭之前打上第二针，准备好充足的抗体。

这样看来，加拿大比以色列和美国疫苗打得晚，这次应对Delta可能比较有利。

什么数据？好像大多数人没有测抗体，估计没有数据。

混打感染重症死亡数据？没见过，总体打AZ的量就不大，有些人在4月在总理的倡导下，跟着打了AZ。

起码应该有P&M混打的效用数据吧。
比如，抗体量和时间的关系，无症状/轻症/重症有效率数据。
连这都没有，实在是太不科学了。还不如智利。

现在很多旅行要求提供PCR测试结果，但是似乎测抗体的实验室不是很普遍，有测抗原的。

价格都不低，看到美国人保险cover 一部分，花$10-20就可以测一次。

还是中国先进，买个这个自己测？

美国也有在网上买测试盒，大约$12-20一套，如果买5-10套的话。好像都是定性的结果，定量数值结果，好像需要抽静脉血。

但是即使有定量数值抗体结果，据说各个实验室的结果也不好横向比较。只能作为参考，现在也没有定论抗体到底多少合适，肯定不是越高越好。
