Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with sewing knowledge to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, dry cleaning service, or other related fields Ability to measure clothes and knowledge of sewing and alterations clothes Ability to prioritize and multitask good organization and keep working place neat and clean customer solutions and good communication skills Positive and professional demeanor Reliable, honest, responsible, hard working Flexibility is preferable
Store Operation hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-7 Saturday 9:30-3:00
