不是和是否公布财务有关，而是美国通过法律要求审查对中企进行审计的公司的底稿，而中国不同意

Too much BS in this thread. I don't respond one by one. CFCer who posted in this thread finds his or her seat below.

First and foremost, although there is no shortage of crooks who frauded investors on both sides of the pacific ocean, no crook would overtly brag it is so easy to take in the investors' money through IPO ( glad to see the post has been edited at noon today). Any cons who want to deceive investors through stock markets should be aware that the door of the prison is open to fraud, the best lawyers could and could not keep you out of jail.

Second, Chinese concept stocks are peanuts relatives to the US stock markets. The total market capitalization of the U.S. stock market is currently $48,567,879.5 million (9/30/2021).

Third, as to the $DIDI delisting issue. please watch CNBC 25 years veteran Bob Pisani explain SEC finalizes rules that allow delisting of foreign firms. It is worth noting that Bob answered the question of whether or not $DIDI was able to list in HK stock exchange remains a question and explained why so many Chinese companies come to the US to IPO: "the requirements for IPO in Chinese stock markets and HK stock exchange are more strict than the IPO requirements in the US stock markets" Bob said (I'm unable to put all that Bob said in the video due to subscription issue).
