打了疫苗的人就怕那不到4/1000的病毒携带者吗？

而且按照官方的说法这4/1000绝大多数是没有完全打疫苗的。到处都要疫苗护照，完全打疫苗的几乎很难碰到这4/1000，那么完全打疫苗的人还怕什么？疫苗的作用体现在哪里？
新感染者也有很多完全打疫苗的人，按分析他们几乎接触不到那4/1000，他们还有疫苗保护，那么他们是怎么感染的？疫苗的作用体现在哪里？
