2 ROOMS to rent in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. Available January 1st, 2022, but can potentially move in earlier. 1 room is fully furnished and the other is currently empty, but can also be fully furnished. The rooms are on the second floor of a newly renovated 3 floor townhouse.

Located in the Centrepointe area, walking distance to Algonquin College and buses for easy commuting and very close proximity to all amenities. Full furnished room includes bed, closet, mattress, desk and chair.
