Assist with daily office duties -filing, sorting, data entry, bookkeeping, database management, scheduling, and coordinating appointments and using Email / social media /make phone to connect with clients .

Work remotely:

You will work 5 to 7.5 hours each day, Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend or evening when required to complete time-sensitive tasks or for special events.

The successful candidate works well independently or along with the manager. They must be VERY organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-past environment, is someone who anticipates what is needed next and takes initiative!

Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation
