The following projects will impact Ottawa traffic:

  • Beginning Saturday, January 15 until further notice, Queen Elizabeth Driveway is closed on weekends from 9 am until 5 pm between Somerset Street and Fifth Avenue to create more outdoor space for exercise.
  • Redwood Avenue, between Byron Avenue and Richmond Road, will close daily between 7 am and 5 pm until Friday, January 21.
  • Riverside Drive and Terminal Avenue will have nightly lane reductions between 9 pm and 7 am beginning on Monday, January 17 until mid-February for geotechnical storm and sanitary sewer investigative work. Signage will be in place and pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained.
  • The Highway 417 westbound on-ramp from southbound Moodie Drive will close nightly between 11 pm and 5 am from Wednesday, January 19 to Friday, January 21.
