help!Question on interview

I received an e-mail from the canadian bank that they had a sofeware developer position and wanted to talk with me. But now I have been in China.It's a good chance for me.How could I tell them and arrange for the interview? Should I need to go back or just tell them my phone number in China and let them to arrange the phone interview? I am not sure if I can get the offer after the interview.So go back to Canada costs me too much because I just go back to China this month.
How about the IT job market now in Canada?Thank you for your suggestion.

现在的就业市场还是不好，尤其是IT。 你能不能拿到这个OFFER完全要看你自己对自己的评价，有多少QUALIFICATIONS你自己最清楚了。你以前在这里工作过，对这里INTERVIEW的过程你都应该是知道的，肯定必须跟他们公司的人见面当面面试才行。

如果可以先电话INTERVIEW，不如你先主动给他们打电话，如果人不在，你就给公司留个言，说明下次你给公司打电话的时间做INTERVEIW的时间，要说清楚。如果要给公司留电话，最好给你在这里的朋友打声招呼，让公司给你的朋友打电话留言，让他们约好什么时候你再给他们打电话INTERVIEW。当然还是得你给他们主动打电话，如果电话INTERVIEW感觉不是100%的好，那就别随便回来了。方正天上不会掉馅饼，你这个职位还不知道多少人争，把机会推荐给你的朋友算了

Tell them u r in China visiting ur parents or whatever and try to arrange a phone interview first. Ask them what they think of you at the end of the phone interview and go from there.

Try to arrange a phone interview first and go from there. If you got an interview, it means you are on a short candidates list. Based on my knowledge, a company will normally interview 2-3 people, no more than 5 people. So it is a good opportunity and don't let it slip away.
