我想请教我的visit签证到期了怎么办呢？现在要续签,我要在那里续签？怎么获取表格呢？需要多少费用？谢谢！

sorry I don't know it very well, but I'm sure you don't have to return to China or to the United States, one of my friend did his visa extension in Ottawa somewhere, in downtown area I guess.

get study permit first, you could get apply form in your university international office.

If you are student of Carleton U, go to Uni -centre 501 to ask for the form.( for study permit I think)
