experience with ebay?

I want buy some goods in ebay. Had anyone have experiences with ebay? How will the tax of goods be paied? in Canadian custom? will they bill me the tax? thanks

Yup! Generally speaking, anything over $20 is taxable. You will be asked to pay the "duty tax" roughly equal to your normal GST+PST.
Therefore make sure to add the taxes into your budget, it may NOT worth it. EBay also takes a percentage of your winning bid if you are the seller. The PayPal takes about 1.5% comission whether you are buying or selling.

There is also an extra $5.00 collection fee charged by Canadian Post. I bought a book from amazon.com a couple years ago, and I required to pay the tax and this collection fee when I picked up the book.
