你搞错了对顶级富豪不是征收高税率的问题。他们通过转移收入等办法实际上是不交税的，税率再高都没有用，他们怕的是对所有收入征收最低税率比如15%。

最悲惨的是中国人和美国人，加拿大人工作压力也差不多。

这个不清楚，不过昨天听圆桌派，说中国人不像欧洲人尊重厨师，欧洲人吃完饭很多都要去谢谢厨师，他们把去饭店吃饭当成一个仪式，跟听古典音乐会一样穿套装。还说中国有个公司专门组织中国有钱人去欧洲吃米奇林，订餐要一年前订，结果中国人去了抱怨，因为一道菜要等很久，又不能说话，人家餐馆也不高兴。后来总结是文化的原因，欧洲人吃饭可能真是大事，但是那是人家文化，不是缺钱。

游玩的吃东西应该是快餐吧。

价格问题都是供求问题，供应的房子多了，自然就不涨价了。土豆搞的都是糊弄人，不会解决问题的。
比如现在就有公开拍卖的房子，你们一直叫价呗，最高的赢，这看起来比盲叫好点，但本质没啥区别。盲叫其实经济也是来回push提价的，只是买家担心是不是被骗了。
