今天收到了地税通知

we received the new accessment today. Last year was 22% up, this year is another 19%...

In my case, the assessment value jumped 25%, I'm sure how much property tax increse I will get.

三月底的新房,今年的 Property Tax 官司还没开打呢. 明年的又来了, 说是按今年六月底市场估的价. 三个月比买价多了近十万. 涨幅近 40%.

想问大家都怎么处理的? 就那么交吗?

基本反应当时的市场价格，但是和买卖价格没有联系。它决定了地税

Tax rate for year 2003：

If there is no change in the tax rate, then the amount of property tax is directly propertional to the assessed value of our property, i.e. 20% increase in assessed value, 20% increase in property tax.
