不过从 4 月 7 日的发布会起,上海开始解封生活物资供应节点网点、解决保供人力运力不足的问题。市民以往的几种采购模式中,在封控条件下被证明由业主委员会组织团购是一种较有效率的方式,生活物资的 “最后一公里” “最后一百米” 矛盾得到了解决。
所谓 “授权撤离” 美驻上海总领馆人员,基本还是授权+自愿转移性质、视上海疫情管控部门的配合可能让部分人员转出上海、服从防疫隔离政策后或许转去其它领馆。不知道驻上海总领馆人员偏爱的品类是否都能保障足量供应,但总领馆的厨师做一些中国料理常用的蔬菜大概不是问题。
