命苦啊，到现在还没有拿到HEALTH CARD

SEP声请的HEALTH CARD，到现在没有拿到，学校又要让我拿什么检疫证明，打流感，这些都是钱亚，他们又不承认我的临时卡，说没卡号在上面不能用。我 只能以次次付PRIVATE，心想为什么要 自己付呢，保险白交了。
大家 能不能帮帮忙，给我出个主意亚，这样真吃不消！！

What health insurance you applied for? UHIP? You can get the card in the International office now. I picked it up last week.

I felt confused about your expression. How come you couldn't use the temporary card? Your health insurance is available as same time as you pay the fee.

I can not use the tempertory card right now. I always consider tempertory card as a new card if I do not receive a new one. However,last week, I went to the clinic.They did not accept what people in the international office gave to me in September.Then, I talked them and they just responded to me that some clinic will accept the tempertory card, but some wont, which all depend on the clinics.That is, I think, so ridiculous.If the card is useless, why did they give to me?

you can always claim back your health expenses once you have recieve your new card.

its not lile u pay for the insurance fee and they will have ur card ready. u gotta go to the office and fill and form, then they will have ur card

去international office 问问啊，前两天我打了flu shot的时候才去问要的，过两天保险公司就寄来了。
