关于房价 and property tax

刚收到MPAC的房屋估价,和我买进的价一样.

Property taxes = municipal portion of tax + education portion of tax
municipal portion of tax = municipal tax rate * current value assessment
education portion of tax = education tax rate * current value assessment

谁知道education tax rate 和municipal tax rate 是多少啊?

我的房子2000年买进的时候是 22 万(新房)+2万 Upgrade, 现在估价 30万. 我想 30 万能卖掉就偷笑.

现在 Minto 的报价是 26万, 加 2 万 upgrade 才28万.

请问我怎么申诉呀? 有希望吗?

我有朋友据此申诉过（同地区，同Model的新房的销售价比他的估价要低），结果没有成功。恐怕真的要到上庭才能有效。
