crown 在加拿大的法律文书里是不是刑事的意思。
A "criminal" case, on the other hand, involves a prosecution by the Crown pursuant to a public-law statute such as the Criminal Code, the Narcotic Control Act or the Competition Act.

不是，应该是检察官，大律师一类的意思，就是经常在香港电视里看到头上戴白色假发的那种人。
