公司这种流氓做法会不会造成大家都不遵守道德？ 走人要提起1到半个月通知现在公司吧？如果offer取消了，不是失业了？以后谁会遵守道德底线提前通知现在公司，或者已经接受offer，然后看到好的offer又取消的？

如果是我的理解，双方都应当有同样的节约提前通知期，不清楚实际法律规定。

店大欺客。这种做法不地道。不过，不少公司解雇员工是当天就得离开公司，工资多发半个月至2个月，这样给员工有些时间找下一份工作。Coinbase的这种大规模取消offer的做法在各大论坛被声讨中，肯定影响公司的声誉。以前有位网友毕业后自己开车搬家到公司所在城市的途中接到取消offer的电话，在论坛发帖抨击雇主的不地道行为。看来relocation的风险不小。

美国加州就有法律来保护职员跳巢到竞争对手公司。大部分地区的法律有利于公司。
