请问，使用提前还银行房贷的额度，是否必须去银行前台办理，可不可以在online banking上操作或提出申请。

一般都是online，我的TD和BMO 都是。
BMO 有20%+20%，每年多还20%本金和利息。

td,bmo我都是online, done over 100 times. it takes couple of days for them to process it after submitting
you could try do it online with couple of hundreds and wait couple of days to check what happens
not sure other bank.
