Flags at Ottawa City Hall and Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre lowered to half-mast in memory of Gisèle Lalonde

The flags at Ottawa City Hall and the Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Thursday, August 4 in honour of the late Gisèle Lalonde, C.M., O.Ont.

Ms. Lalonde was mayor of the former City of Vanier from 1985 to 1991. She passed away on Wednesday, July 27.
