是要家长签字就可以
还是完全不可以
还是到了16岁那年甭管生日到没到都可以打？？？？

not ok at all, you'll have to actually past your 16th birthday. Often employers ask for your birth date and your sin card number if you pay taxes, so Don't Lie, government will know eveything. If the money is given in cash, then u are ok, but employer is going to get trouble if the government find out.
