without studying permit, can I just go back China and come back Canada again?

Right now, I am having the visiting visa, but my studying permit is extending now. Can I go home and come back without studying permit?

i'm pretty sure you can leave and enter canada with no problem, as long as your have the permit with you.
it's best for you to phone the chinese embassy up and ask them

U won't be allowed to re-entry canada if u do not have the study permit with u. But, I guess if u just go back to China, and MAKE SURE that ur friend mails u the permit, all u need to do then is just stapling ur permit on the passport, coz' that is everything we do here in canada when we renew the study permit, isnt it?


However, how could u know for sure that ur study-permit extending will be successful??? What are u going to do if ur renewing suffers failure, right? So, stay and see whats gonna be happening.
