A revised list of certified candidates for the 2022 Municipal Elections is now available.
In accordance with the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (the MEA), the City Clerk has issued a revised certified list of candidates. The MEA requires the City Clerk to examine each nomination that has been filed to ensure it meets the requirements of the MEA and, if satisfied, certify the nomination.
Following review, a revised list is now available. All certified candidates will appear on the ballot in the upcoming 2022 Municipal Elections.
To view the list of certified candidates and candidates elected by acclamation visit ottawa.ca/vote or contact the City of Ottawa’s Elections Office.
The City of Ottawa’s municipal elections to elect a Mayor, City Councillors, and School Board Trustees will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022.
