你的TITLE用中文应该是‘找通讯工程或信息工程(信息论)’的高手。
一般国内电子工程的本科学生没有这两们课。

? Introduction to information theory (I believe it is talking about Sharon Theory)

以上课程需要很好的高等数学的基础,后两们尤其需要概率论和随机过程的基础。学好高等数学,概率论和随机过程后,攻克这些课程,指日可待。后两门课要想学精不容易。

What about helping you with the assignment problem (Maybe 10$/Problem with 100% correctness)?
I guess you are about to take "Digital Communication" which covers all of the above topics but not very deep for each topic.
