重点在这个区离城市两三公里。现在建好了原因显而易见。以前几十年呢

那我村开车出去三分钟的地方喝井水的居民大有人在啊。他们可以要求饮用品质的自来水必须到家吗？

Mississippi governor declares emergency after Jackson's main water plant fails
The state on Tuesday issued a state of emergency for Jackson and activated the Mississippi National Guard while crews work to fix the water system.
- Residents of Jackson, Mississippi, the state's capital and largest city, do not have access to reliable drinking water for the near future after the city's main water treatment facility failed on Monday.
Gov. Tate Reeves said during an emergency briefing Monday night that the city would be without "reliable running water at scale" indefinitely and that there isn't enough water to flush toilets or fight fires.
现在崩了，indefinitely. 渥太华停电停LRT跟这个不知道什么时候解决的停水问题根本就不是事。
原居民喝水问题由来已久，关键是加拿大的制度和殖民时代的法律，没有借口，国外媒体都批评了，曾经是土豆的竞选承诺，也没有达到。

跟渥太华边缘地区水井不能相提并论，原居民地区有的地方因为各种原因水有污染，包含采矿等原因水里面有铀，烧开的水都不安全。
而且殖民时代的法律禁止原居民管理和经营他们自己的水处理系统。
