请问在渥太华，除了city hull 还有什么地方可以办结婚证呀？？？
还有去哪里请牧师。

you should go to City Hall to apply a marriage licence, which has a 90-day valid period. Then you should have a wedding or any other ceremony in 90 days(you need a 牧师 and at least witnesses at the ceremony). You can find a 牧师 in "wedding" section of yellow pages.
And also you could ask relevant info in City Hall when you apply the licence.
