Westbound Highway 174 between Montreal Road and Blair Road will be closed this weekend for Stage 2 LRT construction.
The closure will begin at 6 am on Saturday, September 24 and will remain in place until 5:30 am Monday, September 26. Detour signage will be in place. Stage 2 crews will complete road works during the closure.
Westbound traffic will exit the highway at Montreal Road, then be directed from Montreal Road, to Ogilvie Road, to Blair Road and then back onto the highway.
The Stage 2 O-Train East extension will run in the median of Highway 174, on a guideway bridge that is being constructed to connect the rail line from the existing Blair Station to Trim Station.
