I'm living in Montreal now. Quebec is the paradise for poor people. If you are really poor, you can live here without job and enjoy all kinds of wellfares including low-rate child day-care, low-rate housing, low-rate drug plan. You also receive all kinds of government allowance. If you go to university or college, you can have boursari (~70%) + loan(30%). But if you are a little bit rich, you loose all the allownces and have to pay a lot to make the poor people enjoy whatever the benefits I have just mentioned above. That's the QUEBEC.
