Job Description: Assist with daily office duties -filing, sorting, data entry, bookkeeping, scheduling and coordinating appointments, checking and replying Emails or make phone calls to connect with suppliers and departments of federal or provincial government.

Job Types: Part-time .

Job schedule: 5 to 6 hours per day, 3 days a week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depends on candidate's experience.

Candidate requirement: Proficient in English - Strong written and oral communication skills is a must. Experience with WORD or EXCEL, Able to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple assignments. French speaking or having valid driver license are considered the asset.

Location: Gatineau, Qc J8T 8M3 (or J8M 1R4)
