Three closures related to Stage 2 LRT construction will take place this upcoming weekend impacting traffic in the east end. Detour signage will be in place at all locations during the closures. Please note that all construction activities are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Highway 174
Eastbound Highway 174 at the Place d’Orléans/Champlain interchange will be closed this Saturday, November 12 from 6 am until 7 pm. Detour signage will be in place.
Eastbound traffic will exit Highway 174 at Place d’Orléans/Champlain and remain on Place d’Orléans Drive and use the on-ramp to re-enter the eastbound highway.
Montreal Road
Motorists in the east should also note that Montreal Road at Highway 174 will be closed from the evening of Friday, November 11 until early Monday, November 14. The following ramps will also be closed:
Blair on-ramp
The westbound Highway 174 on-ramp from southbound Blair Road will close the evening of Friday, November 11 until early Monday, November 14. Motorists can continue south on Blair, to Innes Road to access the Highway 174/417 interchange westbound.

Highway 174
