Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and efficient Tax Accountant to join our team.

You will be responsible for preparing clients’ tax returns, including personal, self-employed and corporation tax returns.



Responsibilities and duties

Taking incoming calls/emails from clients to answer tax questions and setting up appointments

• Preparing personal, self-employed and corporation tax returns
• Assessing and researching difficult tax issues to identify solutions
• Growing the business by promoting our services and expanding our client base
• Attending to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the service and to come back the following year
• Keeping track of industry trends and changes related to taxes.

Qualifications and skills

• Hard-working, willing to put in extra time and effort to get jobs done
• Can work under pressure
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Mathematics and logic skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Must be able to complete our free tax preparation course
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

Hiring procedure:

• Qualified candidates will be selected for an office interview.
• You will get 9 assignments to complete. The purpose of the assignment is to check if you are able to learn new knowledge. We will give you some guidelines and answer your questions, but you are mostly supposed to finish these assignments yourself.
• You will get intensive job training in the first 2 weeks. You will go through the content on our website’s “Knowledge” section.
