请教高手，Ford Taurus 2001如何？

想买一辆2001款，60K公里，dealer, 砍价到11990，再加$400管理费。请位高手们值不？再有这款车的可靠性如何？会不会象大多数美国车一样需要频繁修理。多谢。

400管理费太贵了
一般是大车行是299
小的是100多

I was told before that administration fee is for the cleaning, sampooing, tune-up of a used car. As I bought my taurus, I asked the dealer to waive the admin fee $250. They insisted and explained how reasonable it was to charge it. I told them - "I don't care whether it's reasonable or not, and I just want to pay the cofirmed price ONLY for the car. Don't mention others if you want to sell it." Then, the manager called me - "You have to pay for the admin fee $250, but we could reduce $250 from the car price." Heee... that's what I wanted.

It depends on whether you really care about the $400. Anyway, my taurus runs good and I like it. Good luck!

comparatively saying, not as reliable as you would expect from a Camry, but look at the price. A Camry with this condition will cost you a fortune. It is a car worth buying for second handed.

The only concern I have is that the power lock and windsheild washer outlet were out of work when I tried it. Although the sales said they would fix it before let it go, I do not think a two year old car of good quality should have such kind of problem.

Ford Taurus is a great car. I'm driving my Ford Taurus for 2 years, it never bring any trouble for me. One of reasons I love it, is that I feel safe when I'm driving on highway.

Does it has ABS? It's very important in winter time.

Why not think about my car? 99' Ford Taurus SE. Every thing is in perfect working condition.
