[问题] how to convert rm to mp3

Anybody knows which softwares can convert rm to mp3? Seems very difficult. I searched a long time by Google, but only find softwares to rm, not rm to mp3. Please help. Thanks.

I read that. But that is too slow, becuase I have to play them. In that case, I will take whole day for convert them. I mean which software really can convert rm to mp3 right away, like WAV to mp3 or mp3 to rm. All of you misunderstand me. But thanks anyway.
I still hope somebody knows that.

建议不要，rm的音质跟MP3还是有一段差距的。
