There will be two special meetings of hiring panels on Friday, February 3.

Special meeting of the City Manager Hiring Panel at 3 pm, to consider:

  Approval of the hiring panel terms of reference
  
  
• 
  Selection of external search firm
  
  
• 
  Establishment of overall timeline for the recruitment and appointment process for this position
  
  
• 
  Receipt of job description and salary range for this position
  

Special meeting of the General Manager of Planning, Real Estate and Economic Development Hiring Panel, beginning immediately following the adjournment of the City Manager Hiring Panel, to consider:

• 
  Approval of the hiring panel terms of reference
  
  
• 
  Selection of external search firm
  
  
• 
  Establishment of overall timeline for the recruitment and appointment process for this position
  
  
• 
  Receipt of job description and salary range for this position
