[问题] register the course as a special student

Hi,

I want to register the course as a special student in the faulty of social science. They told me that the first availble is on 7th in Jan. But I saw online that the school will be starting on 5th in Jan. Who knows why it's so late to be signed up as a special student. Or something wrong with the date which was informed by them.
