我这次入境会有问题吗？！（很着急）
我的签证是去年下来的，然后我去年8月份到了加拿大。但是没有待2周。国内母亲重病，让我赶紧回中国。所以这一拖，就拖到了现在。我还没有在加拿大正式上课呢。所以我准备1月份过去了，我的签证是4年。所以没有到期，但是我担心我会不会再次去入境。在温哥华那里，签证官找我麻烦呀？说我在国内停留太长了。有我这种情况的吗？我现在也拿着1月份学校新给的offer了！

But I feel visa and student permit are two issues. Visa (unless
multiple entries) will be useless if you have entered Canada already. Your student permit is to allow you to stay inside Canada (not going out) and therefore, if you go out and come back, you need visa again. I have never heard a visa effective for 4 years and I guess that's student permit and if your visa is not multiple entry, I feel you have to apply for visa even if your student permit is 4 year effective. So the point is visa is only for entering Canada, the student permit is for your staying in Canada legally. They are two different things.

我的study permit(就是第一次入境时，给我的一个黄纸)上面写的日子也是：2006年7月16日到期。两个是相同的！

我的study permit(就是第一次入境时，给我的一个黄纸)上面写的日子也是：2006年7月16日到期。两个是相同的！

VISA 四年有效是有可能的。其实其他国家的留学生很多都拿的是4年的签证。
中国来读博士的研究生也有拿到4年签证的，本科生可能拿到的少些，
你的确算是幸运的了
